Websites slash costs

It is 7 times cheaper to provide a website for foreign language customers than to receive their enquiries by phone.

Studies have also shown that people are 3 times more likely to buy through the web if information is presented in their native language.

Other studies have shown that 50% of website users don't order goods or make bookings through website that are not in their native language, even if they actually want to make purchases.

Despite this, less than 10% of websites are truly localised. The message: translate or lose your market share.
