A growing reputation for online translation and multi-lingual marketing had led to The Final Word winning a prestigious contract to provide website marketing services to the town of Béziers in southern France.
The annual contract, which began in May 2006, involves search engine optimisation and web marketing services in English, French, Spanish and German.
After undertaking the initial optimisation of Béziers’ new tourism website, we have monitored rankings on Google for selected key phrases and revised the site content as necessary to improve rankings.
“In less than 6 months, the Béziers tourism website is on the first page of Google for several the important key phrases, which were chosen to help the town expand its market and reach potential visitors who may not know about the town,” says The Final Word’s managing editor, Dawn Smith.
“We are very excited about our collaboration with Béziers and about the results we’ve achieved so far.”
