The Final Word’s specialist translation services, including the ability to work with HTML files and meet short deadlines, was the combination needed by ELWa when extending the Welsh language version of its website in 2004. ELWa is funded by the Welsh Assembly, and is responsible for funding, planning and promoting all post-16 education and training in Wales with the exception of Higher Education.
