The work requested was completed within the set deadlines and in accordance with the conditions laid down by the contract.
The personnel in charge of the translations and services showed resonsiveness and initiative, notably about possible improvements concerning problems that might arise, which was really beyond their remit; for example listing the links which were no longer working on key navigation pages of the website.
